Overview

UIS1401-MC is a newest generation ADSL router solution utilizing high speed ADSL2 and ADSL 2+ technologies to achieve speed up to 12Mbps with ADSL 2, and 24Mbps with ADSL 2+. It enables high-speed Internet access once you subscribe to an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Users can enjoy high-quality multimedia and real time applications such as online gaming, video conferencing, e-mailing, messaging, digital movie and photo and other bandwidth hogging services easily and effortlessly.

A built-in modem function makes more flexibility broadband internet connection is always connected, it means you never have to wait again for dial-up service connection. UIS1401-MC provides a simple configuration tool and a web-based Graphical User Interface (UGI) that allows you to easily modify settings to connect to an ISP. All the connection speed, traffic statistics and other detailed information are displayed.

UIS1401-MC supports UPnP discovery and UPnP NAT traversal. Using the standard TCP/IP protocol, UIS1401-MC can dynamically join a network, obtain an IP address, convey its capabilities and learn about other device on the network. It also support Static IP, Dynamic IP, as well as PPPoE connections terminating on the local PCs.
