I
forget the password, what I can do to recover it?
You
cannot recover the password once you forget it, but you may restore
the system and set its new password and make it under your control
again. Please follow the steps
below to recover it:
1.
Force to download
mode.
2.
Download firmware
without password. (np010601040_0104_nopass.imz)
3.
Change your
password.
Download
the latest firmware again to make it work normally. (UTG7104-xx4_np4a106006.imz)

Q02:
After user dial up and connected, user needs to wait for quite long
time silence
then hear from
the counter party?
This
is maybe due to Fast Start = off setting. Off is the default
setting status.
Please set Fast Start = ON on both sides and try again.
When Fast Start = off, auto-negotiation and open port are processed
on step by step.
When Fast Start = on, These process are processed together, so the
negotiation will be started together.
